Thunderhead provide Saas solutions for enterprise engagements and customer experience management. Since their launch in 2004, the company has grown rapidly, now with operations on three continents and some big name brands as customers.
The company website tracked this growth with a wealth of updates and modifications over time to reflect the changing profile and demands of the company. By 2013 the site had become large and complex; it was time to take stock.
In September 2013 we carried out an overall review of the site, including a full code audit, culminating in a detailed and comprehensive report making recommendations in line with best practise. After reviewing the report, Thunderhead asked us to put the changes into effect on the site.
